Why is the "unfollow" button not working in the Blogs I Follow section?

  In the “Blogs I Follow” section, a blog appeared that I never subscribed to (Slate Articles). I don’t know how or why it appeared there, and I have repeatedly clicked the “unfollow” button next to it, with no success. Please let me know how to resolve this problem. Thank you.
