Why is the Verification process so hard?

This has become a MAJOR head ache, i`ve set up the google appls apparently i originally closed out the screen with the code I need it not verifying guess I did’nt something is there a way to undo this? without verification will it deleted itself so I can re-do it all over again and sign up again? I am so clueless to all of this to bad the instructions or what goes “exactlly” where is’nt more simplistic.
I totally understand why there are web designers and programmers for hire sheeeshhhh!

You put the meta tags in your blog title field. Just remove it from there and your blog should look fine again.

I forgot to mention that to use Google Webmaster’s Tools, you’d need to create a page instead. Meta tags won’t work here. This should help:

I did that for the Yahoo verify thingy, silly me had the META nam= there right before I created this post and removed it because I was’nt sure if it was in the right place or something. Now i`m wondering does it generate oen for me or do I have to created on? Hope I said that right

@devblog: now I went back and placed the META tag back there in the blog title field after i`ve clicked the blog title section is blank
@dreams: hope this post has’nt confused anybody i was originally speaking of verifying thwe “domain ownership” I did get confused myself with “verifying” because it all seems linked
