Why is the wrong image displaying in WordPress's Reader?

  I deleted the image, but the wrong featured image is displayed in WordPress’s Reader. This is really frustrating, as the featured image now is an ugly video still.

  I tried deleting the post and re-publishing it, but that didn’t help. What am I doing wrong?

  I haven’t been able to figure it out either. I put the image I want to show in the Reader as the first image in my post. I found these two forum threads that may help you.
