  why is theme file editor not showing?

  Hello @ishaqabdulaziz1191!

  In order to be able to edit theme files directly on WordPress.com, you would need our WordPress.com Creator/Business plan.

  Yet, it’s best not to edit files directly unless you are dealing with a Child Theme.

  P.S.: Do you have a WordPress site hosted somewhere else that you want to migrate to WordPress.com?
