Why is there a dotted box around my content?

  On certain pages on my site there is a dotted box around certain links which weren’t there the other day.
  Does anyone know what this is or how to remove them?

  Here’s an example in this post, you won’t be able to miss the dotted boxes:

  You created that with the following rule you put into your custom CSS:

  h2 {
      border-color: #000000;
      border-style: dashed;
      border-width: 3px 10px;
  }

  That means probably nearly all h2 formatted text will end up with a dashed, 3px top and bottom line, and a 10px left and right line around them.
