Why is there a large gap between my title and text on my home page?
-
Using the Expound theme and it’s been working fine until the past 5 or 6 days. The text on the preview for the newest post on the front page has begun dropping down to line up with the bottom of the featured image. The actual posts appear to be spaced correctly; it is only on the home page where the large gap appears. Any suggestions on what might be causing this lately and how to correct it?

Hi there,
It looks like this is an issue with the Expound theme and the post ratings element. I’ve reported it to our theme developers and will let you know as soon as this is fixed.
In the meantime, here are a few options to remove the issue temporarily:
- You can remove ratings from “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” by navigating to Settings -> Ratings and unselecting the box.
- You can move the ratings from the top of the post to the bottom of the post using the option shown here:
I’ll let you know more information as soon as possible regarding the fix!
