WHY is there a new Premium charge on my account and how to get rid of it

UGH….so I am checking my bank account and see a $99 Premium charge. Imagine my surprise when my premium doesn’t even renew until the end of the year! Frustrated there is no actual number to talk to any person here to take care of such a thing. HELP!

Are you referring to a premium charge under the account you are contacting us from? The last charge you incurred from under this account was six months ago back in October. If you have another account, let me know, and I’ll be happy to look under that account and provide a refund. You must contact us in this thread from the account associated with the upgrade.

Also, the credit card under this account has expired last year, so we couldn’t have charged you from this particular account. Again, let know if you have another account.

Yeah, checking on my account there was no record of it being billed, although it shows up on my bank account from Word Press. And on my bank card, not that credit card! Because of the unauthorized charge, I had to give the bank my debit card and am without one for a couple weeks.

Okay, I did some more digging and found the upgrade – it is indeed under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. The username you are contacting us from is not the owner of the account, just a user on the account – however, it appears that your card must be on file for the account. If you are able to log into that account, I can definitely issue the refund for you. Thanks!

Okay, Great…now that you found that..what a mess…help…I want that renewed but that card is no longer good. How do you do a complete refund of that one and where can I put another card to have it charged? is there a way to take this to email please…

Oops..signed into as the other. OKAY. PLEASE do not refund it…took care of it…bank will be paying it so Premium on that is good for another year!!! New card put in for next time….
