Why is there a picture in the beginning of my article that I did not post there?

As you can see, in my article from yesterday there appears an enlarged, distorted version of a picture that I use later on in the same article. Why is this so? After clicking on the specific article, and when the article opens up in its own frame, the picture does not appear again. What can I do to make it disappear form the home page?
