Why is there a problem when I request a refund?
-
I am requesting a refund because I am not happy with the formatting.
The site is problematic for me, and this is a perfect example.I paid with a CC yesterday. When attempting to obtain a refund for the domain, registration and privacy add-on, it says all are eligible, but when I click on each of the 3 eligible links, each one says that there is an error.
I am upset because of the short window of time to request a refund, and the fact that it is not working. If this is an attempt to draw out the time, so that I am no longer eligible for the refund, I am very disappointed.
I also want to talk to a real person over the phone rather than this email BS.

Hi there,
We don’t currently offer any form of support by phone, however I’m more than happy to help you out here. I’m sorry to hear that there is a problem with the cancellation and refund process. I will make sure to get this taken care of for you.
Just for the purposes of verification, could you please explicitly state the domain name which you want to cancel? I will then be able to remove it and issue you a refund.
Thanks in advance for your patience.

Your domain has now been fully cancelled. As it has now been 5 days since you registered your domain, we normally would not be able to provide a refund (domains are only refundable for the first two days after purchase). However since you initially contacted us with this problem within the timeframe requesting assistance I was able to refund you the $26 you paid. It should show up back in your account within the next few day to few weeks depending on your bank.
I hope you have a great week.
