Why is there no help from Word Press when the company is charging money to join?

  just joined word press and paid 48 euros. I now find there is no one to contact and nowhere to go to get help. What gives? How can this company charge 48 euros for a service it takes them 2 months to deliver and then offer no help? It’s outrageous.

  You’re likely logged into the incorrect account as there are no subscriptions on broonglobaltelevision.

  What’s the address of the site where you purchased your plan?
  You can have a look at the email we sent you after your purchase and use that email address to log into the correct account. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it from:
