Why is there no list of pages on my menu screen?

I added a new page to my website and wanted to add this page to the menu on the top of my website. But there is no list of pages on the left side of the menu screen. Nothing at all. What do I do now?

I do see your pages listed in the left-hand column. If you’re unable to view your pages here, please do let me know which page you’re missing and when it was published. Also, where did you intend to place it on your menu?

I followed your link and there is absolutely no list of pages of any kind on the lefthand side of my menu screen.
I have a second WP site and checked on it to see if my pages were listed on the left side of the menu screen and they are. This seems to be a complete anomaly on this website. If I could send you an attachment, I would take a screen shot of it so you could see what I mean.
The whole left side of the screen next to the menu list is blank.

Ahhh…it sounds as if, for some reason, your screen options aren’t set to display this column.
Could you please click on the Screen Options tab in the upper, right corner of this page:
