Why is there no way to delete a blog?

  Have you gone to the Support documents and typed in “delete blog” in the search box? http://support.wordpress.com/

  I have been trying to delete the blog and all its contents (everything) for http://veganginger.wordpress.com/ and I never receive the email in order for me to confirm and delete it. I have checked my spam etc.
  Can anyone do this for me? Thank you.
