Why is there the 'Read the rest of the entry' instead of the post itself?

On my last post, instead of the text and pics I posted, there’s a ‘Read the rest of the entry’ link.
Why? and How can change it?

You probably pushed the read-more icon on the visual editor by mistake it’s number 12 in the picture. Just edit your post to delete it.
