WHY is this site showing as mine? It isn’t..

    I was trying to resume a desire to start blogging that I hadn’t followed through with before. I seemed to remember having opened a wordpress account in the past that I hadn’t ended up using, so I did the ‘forgot password’ thing and set up a new password and logged in. However, when I did, I was shocked by what I found. When I log in, it shows an old friend’s blog name (goodburker.wordpress.com) at the top of the page, as though I’m somehow logging into his WordPress page instead of mine. He had a page, and if you click ‘view my page,’ you can see it was in use then by him, and the group we were all members of, however, it was never MY page. I don’t know HOW MY account is now showing as his. It might be one thing if it showed that I happened to also be subscribed to a group or something, but this doesn’t show that; it shows (erroneously) that the group page is my page… I haven’t been a part of that group for years and, again, it was never MY page anyway… Just a group I was part of… The group page was Dave (Burke’s) and I need to be able to use my email address to log in and write my own blog. I hope I’m explaining this well enough.
