Why is wordpress costing me business by not letting me log in to my own website?

I have to create a new account just to post this question because WP is spontaneously so dysfunctional that it won’t even send me a link to make a new password after I requested it twice.
My website was working fine 30 minutes ago, the pages loaded. Then, all of a sudden when I tried to log in to the admin site, it wouldn’t log in. So, I request a new password twice, and it never got delivered. Don’t bother wasting my time telling me to check spam and all mail, I’ve already been checking all of that and there have been 0 password reset emails. Now my entire site and the admin login page ‘can’t be reached’ so now I can’t even begin to get my work done. as a result of wordpress’s dysfunction. There isn’t even a basic upload picture option on these forums, a platform that host’s websites can’t even do something that a php forum can accomplish. The entire site works fine on my mobile device, and the rest of the internet is completely accessible on my PC, it is only wordpress that is failing my PC, and I know it’s wordpress because despite that I can access the site on my mobile device it still isn’t sending me any password reset links.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, that’s not the blog I need help with, I never wrote that anywhere in my post, how much worse can WP get?

That’s the site attached to this new 30 minute old account, which won’t be connected to your other site. Are you requesting a password reset for this account or a different one? Perhaps it may help if you reveal the address of the site you need help with.

As @themagicrobot said above, the account you’re using to post here was created just minutes before you posted in this forum thread, and http://efihaesferfsrgeg.wordpress.com/ is the only site owned by or connected to this account.
I suspect you might actually be having trouble with a site using the open source WordPress software and hosted with another provider, in which case we cannot help you here, but if you tell us the correct site I can make sure of that for you.

We cannot help with this, as we don’t have access to the site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers where that password is stored.
