Why is WordPress forcing me to update my DNS to purchase Vaultpress????

  Why is WordPress forcing me to update my DNS to purchase Vaultpress???? Please advise on how to purchase the plugin license without moving my website.

  I am simply trying to purchase a Vaultpress real time backup license, and i am being redirected to wordpress. Instead of seeing a checkout a page, wordpress is trying to make me update my dns or move the hosting for my site. My site is jetracks.com. Please advise. I would just like to purchase.

  Ah okay. So there’s some confusion happening here around the different versions of WordPress.

  Right here, is WordPress.com. We are a managed hosting environment for the WordPress software. You don’t need to add Vaultpress because it is built in to our system already.

  Please provide your site URL and I can confirm where you’re hosted and which version of WordPress you’re using.

  The open source WordPress.org software is the other type of WordPress and help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ Specifically, Vaultpress help would come from here: https://vaultpress.com/contact/
