Why is wordpress hosting jihaadist magazine "Inspire" ?
-
Your own T&C specifically state that no content inciting violence is acceptable but you allow this magazine which has detailed steps on making car bombs and advice on how to inflict maximum possible civilian casualties. That’s not freedom of speech, you’re directly contributing to the deaths of thousands of people,

i already did. i got an auto-responder with a link to their position on freedom of speech which again says “we are strict about shutting down blogs that violate our terms of service (no spam, personal threats, incitement of violence, etc), we will not shut down blogs because they are offensive.”
-
it’s like you guys are stuck in some sort of loop. i reported a breach in your own T&C and got denied and sent a link confirming that there has been a breach in your own T&C. the abuse form (that i’ve already filled out) doesn’t have an option for this and when raised on the forum, you get stuck in the loop again.

Tell Anonymous about it. Maybe they can shut it down.

If the site is really hosted on WordPress.COM it is not likely that at DDos attack would work – WP.COM has a very solid set of servers with a sharp crew to watch over them
-
There are other ways to get at a WP.com blog, though.
You could easily get an American court to give you a court order against it, given how cooperative courts often are with the wishes, spoken or unspoken, of the White House. Then WP.com would have to take it down. I doubt they’d go to court to defend it.
-
yes brute force would not probably work – there was a hate site a couple of years back – hate anything Islam – real vile site – very popular – was suspended then let back on and so on – eventually WP.COM moved the hate site off their servers – I suspect they did not like the bad press and dealing with the constant posts in the forum calling for the suspension of the site – it was even more interesting when someone grabbed their hate domain name – they did not have a custom domain name and someone that did not like the hate site grabbed the custom domain that matched the WordPress.COM domain name
-
WP.com is hosting a site which threatened me using jihadi language on Facebook not two days ago, but I’m not trying to get it suspended. That said I also doubt that Inspire is hosted here. I will investigate.
And yes, there are several ways, and that’s a good one.

wordpress know what the address is. i’m not going to link it but with the right keywords in google you’ll find it. it’s not “Powered by WordPress” on a different domain either, the magazine itself is on wordpress.com
why is it so hard for them to follow their own ToS?

@nastyhobbits
Know that these are complaint driven actions. Terms of Service Staff does not have time nor are they assigned to browse around looking for blogs that are in breach of the ToS. They respond to complaint and they have a backlog.Auxclass provided relevant links up front. You use the correct form to notify Terms of Service Staff https://wordpress.com/abuse/ and then you wait for them to contact you by email.
