Why is WordPress inserting my blog URL in front of URLs for links in my post?

WordPress is inserting my blog-post address into URLs for links in the post, resulting in ‘Error 404 – Not Found’. Also, it’s not doing it consistently – some links work fine. This seems to have been discussed before, but I’m not sure if there has been a definitive solution. Some proposed solutions sound incredibly complicated. It’s the first time I’ve had this problem on WordPress and am very puzzled that it should have happened after many trouble-free postings.

    Any examples?

Thanks Galois, but the problem is solved. I realised that it was only occurring on URLs beginning ‘www’ – not on any beginning ‘http://’ or anything else. So I simply inserted ‘http://’ in front of any ‘www’ and all is well :-)
