Why is wordpress logging me out mid-sentence?

    WordPress keeps logging me out when Im typing out a post. It happens when Im typing or when I try to delete something, but mostly when I have just switched from English to Japanese characters and am about to type something in Japanese (my blog is about Japan so this is necessary sometimes). This has only started happening over the last few days and i have had to log back in several times just to complete one single post. It`s also happened once when I was selecting something in dashboard.

    It`s very irritating – can someone shed some light on it? Thanks
