Why is wordpress not available on windows phone 8.0?

  On windows phone 7.8 there was a WP app that worked well. Having upgraded to 8.0 the only app comes from a 3rd party provider. It has lots of problems and it displays adverts. When will there be a WordPress provided app?

  Hi alandlaird,

  Sorry but there’s no official WordPress app available for Windows mobile OS. But if you have an iOS, Android or BlackBerry phone they have an official app for that. There’s no ETA for a WP app for Windows mobile OS. I suggest you follow their blog dailypost.wordpress.com for updates.
