Why is wordpress not working?

  For the last days, wordpress has not been working.
  When I want to write a new post, it doesn`t work. When I finally get to write it, I can not include galleries, categories and other features.
  What really pushed me to write this is that now I am seeing in the upper bar someones elses information (in the notifications area).
  This is highly unacceptable and I do not want to leave worpdress but I am going to if these problems persist!!!
