Why isn't changing the email address for the domain contact saving?

I click the save button and it seems to take, but then I go back to it and its back to the old one. I need to update the email address for the domain so I can change hosting to godaddy.

Also, I just wanted to clarify the following:
I need to update the email address for the domain so I can change hosting to godaddy.
Are you trying to transfer your domain to GoDaddy or just point your domain to GoDaddy hosting? If you’re trying to do the latter, you can just set a custom A record to point your domain to GoDaddy as described here:
You would need to obtain this A record directly from GoDaddy.

I am trying to change from the hotmail address to the gmail address. Transferring everything over to Godaddy.

It looks like the email address change was submitted. Did you receive an ICANN verification email at your new Gmail address? You will need to verify your new information with ICANN before the changes take effect and we can proceed with the transfer.

Probably not received because it is going to the wrong email address because when I try to change the email address it doesn’t take. I click the save button, but it doesn’t take, it keeps reverting back to the old email address. How the heck do I get this changed so I can move this process forward???

Do you still have access to the hotmail address? Can you please check for the ICANN verification email there before I attempt to change your email address.

No access to the hotmail account. This is why I’m trying to change the email to the gmail account.
We are back to square one here after almost a week at this. How do I get the email to change???
