Why isn't my Custom Design working?

  I purchased the Custom Design upgrade, but it still says “Save and purchase” whenever I try to do anything. If I DO try to purchase, it says I’ve already done so. For some reason, the color options work, but not font. I’ve logged in and out multiple times already, but it does the same thing. Thanks!
