why isn't my dashboard allowing me to add media, link anything to my blog?

I can access my dashboard, but I can not insert media or link to anything. It has taken me 2 hours to even get to a support page so that I can type in my problems, everything that I left click on doesn’t go anywhere, or leads to a blank white page. Please help!
