Why isn't my email forwarding working since I changed to wordpress.org?

  I just changed from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, got a new host, and kept my domain/email forwarding through wordpress.com. My email forwarding is now not working, I’m not getting any of the emails now. What is the problem?

  Hi there,

  Please note that the Email Forwarding feature only works when your domain is pointed to WordPress.com.

  Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted WordPress) are two different entities. You can read more about the differences here:

  Please contact your host to set up email service with them.
