Why isn't my header image visible?

  I was using Chateau, switched to new template – my header image will not show up in either. Usually this is not a problem. I’ve repeatedly uploaded my header image, clicked ‘save’ publish, etc. Your help needed, thank you.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance (like your custom header image). We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

  If your header image or any other customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save them now.

  If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!
