Why isn't my new domain working?

  I tried changing my domain name and this is what happened when I tried to visit my new domain ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’ I can’t even find the domain upgrades page and now my site can’t be accessed by the public.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I got a notice on my dashboard that read “activate domain for Vaughanrivers.com” Ive had my website activated so I clicked it now my website for that domain name is not accessible.

  What is wrong here? Now I have to go back to using vaughanrivers.wordpress.com

  I’ll jump on this thread as I’m facing a similar issue with domain mapping/site redirect.

  I had a domain registered through Crazy Domains (leandrocp.com). I bought the WP upgrade for the 301 redirect of my blog (leandrocp.wordpress.com) and then changed the DNS details on Crazy Domains as instructed.

  But it’s been almost 72 hours and still you get nowhere when accessing leandrocp.com (or the old WP URL, for that matter).

  The details on Crazy Domains’ side seem to be all correct and active, please see http://who.is/dns/leandrocp.com. So what have I missed? Surely it shouldn’t take this long.

  P.S.: I did clear the cache and cookies, try different browsers and different devices.
