Why isn't my photo inserting into my page?

My photo isn’t inserting into my page. When I click “Insert into Post” my white “Add Media” screen just stays there and my photo never gets inserted.

(1) How you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?
The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.
(2) Exactly which browser(s) and version of them have you tried using. If you aren’t sure you can click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/

I tried both the .png and .jpg formats and neither one is working. I’ve also tried using both Safari and Firefox. Still no luck. And the troubleshooting page is for when you have trouble uploading, but the image uploaded just fine multiple times! Help!

You could try the simple thing and clear your browser cache (log out first) and then try again using Firefox. But you say you have uploaded the image just fine multiple times. Do you mean the same image?

And then delete all the duplicate images you have uploaded. And then start from scartch again.

Oh my! My URL idea worked out just fine. In the future *definitely* suggest that option to people if they are able to use an image from the web
