Why isn't my post showing an image when it goes to Facebook?

  Followed all instructions on help pages: image size, Facebook debug, etc. ALSO can’t find the “featured image” button inside my post editor. However, that shouldn’t matter because there is an appropriately sized image with the post. Also followed all suggestions from the community forum – I have a gravatar, blavatar, etc.

  Is there a way to contact a help person at WORDPRESS???
