Why isn't my post showing up on my blog?

  I wrote a post and published it. I “reviewed” the post it showed up, but when I visited the site it is not showing up. I couldn’t find anything in settings that helped. How do I post and have it displayed on my blog site? Thank you!

  Hi!

  It looks like you recently published a post titled “The Science of Skin,” which can be seen here:

  The Science of Skin

  Is that the post you’re referring to?

  The reason the post is hidden from your front page is that your front page is set to show your About page here:

  https://lesmesbeautyandwellness.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

  If you change that top setting to “Your latest posts,” this issue should be resolved. Can you give that a try?

  Thank you for your reply! Where do I find the master settings? When I go to settings it has a very limited amount of things I can change. Thank you! Also, I would like to have tabs at the top where people can always see them to click on “About” etc…like a static page. Thanks again!

  It looks like you were able to figure out the setting. It should be here:

  Currently, the top setting is flipped back so that your front page displays your latest posts. Were you able to get this worked out?

  Also, I would like to have tabs at the top where people can always see them to click on “About” etc…like a static page. Thanks again!

  You can set this up by building a custom menu. We have instructions for that here:

  Can you give that a try?

  Thank Jeremy! Yes, I did figure out the first bit. I am going to watch this tutorial and try to figure out how to build a custom menu. I am COMPLETELY new to blogging/website building etc. Literally, I am proud of myself when I organize my desktop…serious beginner with technology. So I am taking it in baby steps but I truly appreciate your help!
