Why isn't my return key working after I add content?

  Starting last Friday I have not been able to hit the return key after entering a headline and its link in order to go to the next line and add another headline. The curser remains at the end of the link. I can sometimes get it to work if I use shift/enter. That’s never been the case before. Also, sometimes when I use shift/enter it makes the link I just added to my headline disappear. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Can you let me know what Internet browser and operating system you’re using? Additionally, are you using the Visual Editor or the HTML Editor?

  If in the Visual Editor, is it possible that your cursor is located “within” the hyperlink when hitting Shift+Enter?

  Hi — I think you fixed it for me! I was in Visual and switched to HTML and it’s working fine. Not sure why it stopped working in Visual though. Switched to Chrome from IE after the problems started and that didn’t help. Operating system is Windows.
