Why isn't my subscriber receiving email notifications?

A lady who subscribes to my blog is no longer receiving email notifications of new posts. She says they are not in her spam folder and I have looked, and her name is still listed as an email subscriber. Now I wonder if any of my email subscribers are getting notification! Why isn’t she still getting the emails?

Hi there,
Can you please let me know the WordPress.com username or email address of that subscriber? I can use that to look her up in our system and find out why she isn’t receiving email notifications.
It would also help to know exactly what posts she hasn’t received notifications for. Thanks!

You can then reply from there with your subscriber’s email address and I can look it up in our system. :) Thanks!

Thanks for letting me know. :) I looked her up in our system and we did send her an email notification for your post A Southern Belle chimes in on the Jersey Belle. Our records show that the email was successfully sent and accepted by her email service provider.
It’s possible that the email didn’t make it to her inbox, but since it was successfully sent from our end she’ll need to check with her email service provider to find out what happened after that. If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know!
