Why isn't my theme being displayed properly?

  My theme was originally displayed properly (the white thing that encompasses my blog title used to go all the way over my posts and the stuff at the very bottom of my blog was on the side). However, it is not messed up for some reason. I’ve tried reinstalling the theme and looking on different browsers but it still isn’t working. Help???
