Why isn't my theme showing up?

The theme I had selected when first asked to do so in setting up my website is Sequential. That theme is on the URL https://wordpress.com/themes/
The theme is not showing up on my website. The website I have is
traditionsstringband.net
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, Kathryn, Thanks for this link. But now I have another post/page that I’d rather be my Home page. This page is shown in the list of links on my Home page. However, it isn’t shown on the Static Home page option. Could you tell me how to access that on in the Static list? I am, however, considering re-making that link/post and trashing the one I now have. Maybe that would work.

Which page would you like to appear as your static homepage that’s not appearing as an option?
If you choose to display a static page on the front page instead of your most recent posts, you may select from any static page you’ve published, so any of these:
With the static front page option, It’s not possible to choose a post, just a page.

Thanks, Kathryn. I have another question, though, but Wow! It worked when I created a page instead of the post. I put the old post into the trash and now everything is the way I wanted it. Check it out!
My other question is, how do I access this kind of help page, in the future? I don’t like the “Ask a question” pages because I can’t usually figure out how to word my question, so nothing helpful comes up in the list of Answers. I need to be able to specifically explain, like I did to here, and to you. Please send me a link?
