    Hi there,

Why isn’t one of my services been cancelled but the rest have?

There are currently no active upgrades on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Can you confirm which service you are referring to?

Once I know more I’ll take a look. Thanks!

Hi I made a refund request recently which I was successful however. I have only received one payment of £11 and the rest have not followed. I can see on my billing it has – on the ones that I’m supposed to get refunded for apart from the one that is Jan 19, 2017
    Multiple items
    View ReceiptEmail Receipt
    £62.00.

Now I made a silly mistake today whilst I was checking on the payment above that I was not refunded I accidently deleted my bank details.

    Hi there,

I’ve double checked and we have refunded a total of £312 to you. In Billing History, click on ‘All Apps’ at the top and then select ‘WordPress.com’. It will show you a total of 7 transaction — both refunds and purchases.

Unless you select something from the ‘All Apps’ list, you will only see a few — which makes it appear that not all the refunds have been sent.

Come back to me if you have any questions.

Okay thats fine, the main thing is I accidently deleted my bank account details and I put them back on will this maybe stop the transaction of the refund?

  • Unknown's avatar

That will be fine as the money will be refunded to the details you entered when you made the purchase :)

Let me know if you have any problems.

Okay great, I just checked my bank account it doesn’t show the transaction yet. But I got a weird email for somebody claiming to work for wordpress called Name: John Williams and its just strange because how does he know I am waiting for a refund. Hi there,

That email wasn’t sent by WordPress.com.

If you ever have a query about billing or refunds, you can contact us here to speak to a member of staff.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

  • Unknown's avatar

Okay thank you, how long does the refund usually take?

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

Refunds from WordPress.com usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.

You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Hope that helps!

    Hi there,

I’ve just sent an email to the email address on your WordPress.com account.

Let me know if you don’t receive it. Thanks!

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

I can see you have been receiving help from staff by email. I’m going to close this thread so all of your support stays in one place. You can continue to reply to the emails you have been receiving.

    Thanks!
