Why isn't screen options working?

On the posts screen, in the screen options, changing the number of posts to be displayed doesn’t work. Nor does it apply any other settings I change.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and refreshing the page? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
