Why isn't statistics page loading?
-
For the past 2-3 hours, the statistics pages for the 3 WordPress blogs I maintain won’t load — not on my computer and not on my iPod Touch.

Would you please run a traceroute to s0.wp.com and reply with the results?
If you’re on a Mac, you can do that from the Network Utility at Applications -> Utilities.
If you’re on Windows, you can do that following this guide: http://kb.iu.edu/data/aihy.html

tam68, thank you very much! Would you please let us know your geographical location and the HTTP headers output (from Firebug or Chrome Developer tools) for resources loaded slow as well?

I’m in Oaxaca, Mexico and have been for most of the 2+ years. This morning, the statistics page loads.
I have no idea what this is: “HTTP headers output (from Firebug or Chrome Developer tools) “
Thanks you.

Thanks for replying with your geographical location.

Okay, please follow these steps:
- In Google Chrome, go to View -> Developer -> Developer Tools
- Click the Network tab
- In the address bar, go to http://casitacolibri.wordpress.com/ to populate the Network tab
- Click the Undock into separate window button, located in the lower–right corner of Developer Tools, and maximize that window
- Click the Time (Latency) column to sort by descending, so the arrow is pointing downward, and scroll to the top of the list to display the slowest loading content.
- Take a screenshot of the entire Developer Tools window, then upload the image to your Media Library. You can see an annotated example screenshot when I loaded your blog.

I do not use Google Chrome. I use Firefox 14.0.1.
Okay. Please follow these steps in Firefox:
- Install the Firebug add-on.
- Click the Firebug button to the right of the Home and Bookmarks button (screenshot)
- From the Firebug window that appears, click the Net (Panel) tab, then Enable. (screenshot)
- In the address bar, go to http://casitacolibri.wordpress.com/ to populate the Net Panel tab.
- Click the Open Firebug in New Window button, located in the upper–right corner of Firebug, then maximize that window. (screenshot)
- Sort by Timeline (descending), then take a screenshot image for each “page” by scrolling down since it’ll likely take more than one screenshot (screenshot)
Thanks!

Okay, I think I did as instructed. The screenshots have been uploaded to the “casitacolibri” Media Library.

Thanks! We’ll take a look through those and be in touch with updates. I appreciate your patience!
