Why isn't the blog "cardosodeoliveira.com" accessible?

I am trying to access my blog “cardosodeoliveira.com” or “cardosodeoliveira.wordpress.com”, but I only get “connecting…”. I am able to see the blog entries through the admin section, but it seems the blog was made inactive? Can you please let me know what is going on?

I don’t understand – I have registered “cardosodeoliveira.com” through domainmonster.com, and I just paid wordpress.com $13.00 to map that domain to this blog.
In any case, cardosodeoliveira.wordpress.com is inactive.
