Why isn't the get started screen accepting my email address? I know it is right.

  I’m trying to get my students to sign up for their own blogs but the get started screen isn’t accepting their email address entries. Then a time out/limit reached message comes up to wait for 60 minutes. How can I get around this?

  Hi. Are they all using the same email address?

  Email addresses have to be unique as that is the main identifier wordpress uses for each account, and if they have an account set up here with that email address already then they will not be able to use that email address. They will have to use a different one.
