Why isn't the 'insert photo' tool bar showing?

  The ‘insert photo’ option is not displayed for my blog posts. I am submitting posts for the Enjoy Illinois blog, and, I don’t have the option to add photos. Can you help. Thanks, Carol Hoffman, Southernmost Illinois Tourism Bureau

  Hi Carol,

  If you’re not seeing it, it’s because you’re a contributor for that blog (and contributors don’t have the ability to upload files/images).

  If you need to upload photos, the blog administrator will have to change your user role to author or editor from Users -> All Users.

  Thank you so much! I did think it was something like that, but, wanted to make sure before I contacted my ‘administator’ So, it is fixed, I now have the ‘media’ tool bar, and can add in photos!
