Why isn't the photo i selected for my profile not showing up?

  Hi, I’ve been a member for over a week and set my profile picture when I made the account, but for some reason it won’t show up and my photo still looks like someone who is brand new. I was wondering why this is happening. I blog through a company and they don’t want to post my blog until my profile is complete so this picture is really the only thing hindering me. Some help would be nice.
