Why isn't the Space upgrade working?

    I still cannot upload and publish a picture with my new upgrade for media. I am showing on your site that I have available space but on my blog when I go to upload a picture and insert it it says I dont’ have anymore space. This isn’t working. I was able after the upgrade to publish just one picture and article. No more now can be published. What’s the problem. I paid $20 to upgrade? If this problem can’t be fixed, then I am canceling. I may even cancel the entire blog? I need your help.

    You actually have plenty of space available, and don’t even need the upgrade really.

    Is see you’re using IE 7, or IE 9 in compatibility mode (which functions as IE 7).

    Would you please try upgrading to IE 9 or disabling compatibility mode?
