Why isn't the "Top Posts and Pages" including images?

I’ve often seen images listed among my top ten posts or pages, even quite recently. Has WordPress changed their policy on this? According my dashboard stats, presently the “most active” page on the site for the “the past day” is an image: http://songbook1.wordpress.com/pp/fx/african-american-musical-theater-1896-1926/florence-mills-photo-gallery/florence-mills-as-plantation-boy-in-plantation-revue-1923-1a/. The same image is also the second most popular page or post for “the past week”. However, all of the 66 views (plus one) of this image reported there are accounted for in my Stats page totals for that image for the past two days: 28 views yesterday, and 39 today.

This page should be either #1 or #2 in the “Top Posts and Pages” widget. Not only is it not among the top two, it is not among the top ten, and hasn’t appeared among the top ten at all over the past two days while it’s easily been the most often viewed “page”, at least for the past 25-30 hours or more.

The one ranked first has had 25 views combined for yesterday and today. The one ranked second has has had 20 views over the same period. The unranked one has had 66 view for the same time frame. The second ranked page has had less than one third the page views over the past two days of the unranked page referred to above.
