Why isn't there a way to give feedback?

Why isn’t there a way to give feedback? Doesn’t WordPress find a user’s experience useful information for future product enhancements?

Where do leave it? Here in the forum?
I have three week old questions that have never gotten answered, so I worried that feedback left in the forum will languish.

I’m happy to help. you can either re-ask your question here or post a link to your original forum post.

Timethief, I see where you answered several. thank you. I see you answered them on the 13th. I must have overlooked some of the notifications in my email.
Thank you again.

I am unfortunately using wordpress mobile. Three days ago I edited a post 15 times. It refused to update 15 times. It is happening again tonight on another post. Paragraphs of what I post disappear with no saved back up. If I choose in mobile to view my site, I find I am not viewing as my admin account. I have no option to easily choose edit to edit a post. I have to go fishing for it. In blog post I have no sorting options. And in yet another way of going in to posts through wp admin, I can’t choose by category. I can’t view a private post because view strips me of my admin status and gives me an error…but I can choose edit and access it. It should be enjoyable in all formats to work on my blog. Tonight I gave up and browsed my music vides. I got part way down and it stopped. I certainly hope my viewers do not have this kind of experience. Forums are not appropriate venues for feedback. If WP does not provide appropriate feedback than that message I get is that they dont care. And soon I will stop having the positive impression that originally brought me to WP. I am C++ programmer, former Systems Admin, and website designer. I have other options.
