Why isn't wordpress recognizing the domain mapping I paid for?
-
I was looking into WordAds and I was told that I do not have a custom domain, this is not true. I bought a custom domain from godaddy and I paid to have it mapped through wordpress. Yet my custom domain isn’t recognized when selecting my primary blog, down below this page on the Blog URL dropdown, or on the WordAds invitation page. However, when you go to thesavoryconfection.com it shows up without the .wordpress.com. I’m not exactly sure what I paid for when wordpress doesn’t even recognize it’s own purchases? I realize that I’m past the 30 day refund period, and I’m not looking for one. I just what my problem to be resolved. Thank you for your time.

Hi there!
It looks like your WordAds application is displaying correctly. Currently, you have two blogs titled “The Savory Confection”:
– thesavoryconfection.com
– pilsnerandpierogies.wordpress.comThe latter blog is hidden from your “My Blogs” page. When you apply to WordAds, you will see one blog at the top of the page (thesavoryconfection.com) that you can apply to the program with. At the bottom of the page, you will see another blog (also titled “The Savory Confection”) that is not eligible as it doesn’t have a custom domain. Does that make sense?
