Why its nt showing option of uploading theme option?

  I am trying to upload the theme , but there is no option of uploading it . That is option of uploading the me is disabled .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s because you do not have a Business Plan. You cannot upload any third party of custom themes unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/pricing

  You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
