Why lost admin statuts?

Half my dashboard is gone.
I must admit I hadn’t checked this accounts for two or three years, due to their lack of success. But now it’s the time to use them back, and two things happened: the passwords I remembered didn’t work, and I had to reset them via e-mail. And once I got in, half the dashboards were gone and I couldn’t edit anything.
I am sure I had admin status with these accounts. But suddenly, it’s as if I was invited in my own home. I am invited on one of them, but the other two I created with this username and password, and I should have admin rights.
I have been reading that this problem happened to other people. However, there are two differences:
1. I do not have my own hosting, I use wordrpress’ hosting service.
2. I do not have enough programming skills to really understand what I must do (I tried, honestly, but it’s just out of my reach).From what I’ve read, apparently some accounts were hacked. The victims have been told to contact their hosting company. But in my case, wordpress is the hosting company. So, whom should I contact?
I lost admin status for these two usernames: gplusg and doublegart. Luckily, all the information is there still.
I would really, really appreciate some advice, I’m quite at a loss now. I don’t really know what to do next.
