Why my account is disabled for purchasing a plan on wordpress.com

    My account is not enable for purchase a plan. What wrong is going with me ? During previous chat I was informed that the re-enabling to purchase a plan will be done in some minutes and now I am getting reply from your end that the purchase a plan is limited, it is not true. Why my account is disabled to upgradation why free plan is suggested to me. Why n’t my account is re-enabled for upgradation. I want to know the real reason or re-enable my account for upgradation of my account .
