Why my account is not allowed ?

    Yesterday, I started validate my purchase, but the transaction was rejected because, purchases are currently disabled, so I would contact WordPress to activate my purchase.
    After contacting WordPress, I received the following message : “We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress. com sites, so payments will not be allowed for this account. Your site is online, and you may use it on our free plan for as long as you’d like without update ”.

    So, can I know why my account is not allowed to make the purchase on wordpres and I am obligated to use the free plan for my website instead of updating ?

    Do you know ? I need to update my web site. So what I would do ?
