Why my account will delete again & again after recovery? Is it was hacked?

Now I am using a new account. My old account was used about 3 years. A few days ago, My account was suddenly deleted, I filled out the recovery form, received the recovery link, clicked in to change my password, and was told that my account had been deleted. The link that changed the password is not working again. Please HELP.

Thanks. As you said, the account has been deleted. If you would like to recover it, you will need to reply to the email we sent you after the account closure.
If it was not you who deleted the account, I would suggest changing also the password on your email account because for someone to be able to reset your password, they would need to have access to your email account.
Also, you should consider enabling the two-factor authentication, to increase the security of your account:

We tried to reset the windows of the PC used in the company to prevent a virus from getting in, and when we tried again from two different offices, we were able to change the password.
While trying to activate the dual authentication, the web page tells us that the account has been deleted aggin.
Can you disable the delete feature of this account?
I really don’t know if someone hacked into my wordpress account, my email, or my PC.
